Ishift problem into high rangers

    Have a 2010 Volvo with ishift. Anytime it shifts to the high range from 6th to 7 or eight it does not mesh in very good. Sometimes it misses then clunks in. It used to be just a small clunk. Seems to be getting progressively worse. Help please.

    Probably need to open trans and see what going on with synchros. But doesn’t sound good might need a trans in the near future if not whole maybe just front gearbox or a shortie considerably cheaper than people think.

    Do you own this truck, or is it the one you use at work? If its the just the one you use at work, dont worry about. wait for it totally crap out, and then ridicule the owner for being such a knucklhead for having an ishift.
