isis U.S. Xpress a good company for rookies?

    do any of you guys have experience with U.S. Xpress? i'm getting my CDL with a local school. do they hire rookies with little or no experience?

    Turn 21 in april, some companies want 23. MA is tough, call USX and ask. Maybe try swift, crst also. good luck.

    I can't speak for every one, but I had a good experience with them. They have a lot of different options once you are working for them. I had a good dispatcher that kept me moving when I was out and got me home for my home time. As a new driver don't expect to be getting one of the new trucks. The auto shift is a little strange at first, your right hand will keep going for some thing that is not there.
