I have a buddy w/plenty of experience and a great record that is seeking a company that can get her home on the weekends or by the house a few times per week.By experience I am talking about 10+ years/NO points/No accidents. She is not scared to bring it on,lives in NW Georgia close to Rome and prefers a company w/trucks that run at least 70 mph as she is not a rookie nor is she a driving school graduate. She has no interest in teaming or I would think about it w/her.hahaha
Weekends home are not mandatory IF she can get by the house several times a week to check on everything, maybe taking a day every 2-3 days.If not then weekends at home hopefully.By the house regulary is important. The time there is not.
She has pulled reefers, dry boxes,containers,sticks/logs,chips,limited flatbed, and doubles.
Any suggestions please? Big company or small company or owner operator needing an above average driver. I am doing this for her as she does not have computer access.
Thank you in advance for ANY lead during this bad time for trucking.I will pass that info on to her.

You need to check the seeking employment forum . You people , especially those that don't have enough posts to receive pms , have to realize how many members are watching these posts to find a company hiring . Mentioning a good company that might need a driver will result in a line of applicants at the door .

I appreciate your suggestion and I have checked it out. This gal has experience which should differentiate her from 75-85% of those seeking a driving job.
Besides,I am able to be contacted thru a staff member if you can't contact me w/your number of posts not to mention the fact that a forum member that has the appropriate number of posts to send a pm can also contact me.
Regarding the line of applicants at the door,I did declare in my post that she is located in NW Ga.,not the NE and not the NW, and not the midwest. That alone eliminates hundreds or even thousands of job seekers from driving to physically stand in line at the doors of a company in the NW Ga. area. She also has some standards/needs for a company, which i listed, and those standards ARE NOT listed in the section that you referenced.
You are condenscending sounding with your "you people" attitude.Perhaps one day i will have enough posts to send/receive a pm.Until then there is but one way to help her find a job on here and i did all i could.
I do appreciate your concern however and am only doing as i was asked by a friend.
Edited to add: What company would not want a line of applicants at the door to have more potential new hires from which to choose? I can not think of a single company that wants a few number of applicants from which to choose the "best" driver for their particular application/needs.IMHO a company desires as many applicants as possible for whatever position they have open.It allows for a more stringent hiring process thereby allowing them to hire the "best"fit for their company.10-4?
