Issues with Fleet Complete a.k.a BigRoad

Has anyone experienced issues with Fleet Complete / Big Road? They are the worst company to deal with. I have never seen a company and customer service to be as bad as these guys. Issue after issue has made my whole company switch to Samsara but now the problem we ae having is we can not cancel their service since nobody is responding to our requests to cancel. We are fine with paying the Early Termination just to get da hell out of there asap but even that is not possible since nobody is responding. Calling the 800 number doesnt help since they tell you they are technical support and you need to email customersuccess@fleetcomplete which does not respond to requests for 3 months now. Absolute dumpster fire of a company!!

 

We've had numerous problems them as well, they don't respond, they don't fix issues

 

Yes, horrendous customer service. I could not get in a touch with anybody for weeks. Just did a charge back through my bank and they emailed me that my service with them is cancelled. Bunch of clowns.
