Isx doser condition exists

    2009 int 9900i with isx keeps coming in with same code "doser condition exists" it has new dpf doc differential pressure sensor, tubes have been cleaned doser replaced and cleaned. Takes about a week for the cel to come back on. ECM cal is up to date and matches dpf installed. What are we missing?

    did you flow check the doser and measure the amount of fuel? I cant remember the spec, its like 2xx ml.

    Did you check the extension harness from the doser to the main harness that runs under the egr cooler?what's the code?also what's the temps when doing a regen I work for a cummins dealer and some of these codes with the dpf/doc system can be ghosts and a pain.

    Hi, Stop wasting you money trying to fix this if it isn't covered by warranty get rid it.
    Take it to Diesel in Montreal and those guys will make a trouble free money making truck out of it
