Just login errors. It allowed me to create an account but wouldn't let me open anything.

@Heavyd, the sticker is gone off the ECM but I found the tag on the front left corner of the rocker cover. The ESN is supposed to be an 8 digit number? The only number that I found was 79289042 and it's an ISX485ST

Let's say I may have started the overhead out of sequence....how do I find cylinder #1 again if the followers are out of adjustment?

Cylinders 1 and 6 are adjusted at position "A".

If you are at position "A" and both # 6 valves are closed. Adjust #6. If not roll 360* to "A" again and adjust #1.

If you question your work again. Roll it again and recheck your gaps. Another hint is that all the adjusters should remain the same threads above the nut. If you are making huge adjustments it's not in the correct position or something is wrong deep.

If you have misadjusted too tight you may have to back number 1 off to bar it full around.

I went back today to finish the overhead. Rolled around to A and checked the cam lobes to make certain I was on the right cylinder since I felt I might have started out of sequence.

$700 for injector, miscellaneous added costs for new tools and such, I might have spent about $1000 all in. Estimate the dealer would have charged between $1100 and 1500 and I still might not be in a bay yet getting the work done.

Saved time, gained knowledge and experience, achieved feeling of accomplishment and confidence for the next project. I couldn't have done it without the help of some of you here and Rawze' videos.

That was probably Cummins hpi-tp injection system. Therefore don't forget to adjust rocker lash for exhaust, intake and injectors. Theresa spec for checking and one for initial adjustment like after installing a new injector. More important than it sounds. If need be I could explain why.

    Hmmmmm
I did not know about an initial adjustment. They are mechanical injectors, though, so I followed Rawze' instructions and set each one to 8 n/m.
Intake gapped at .014, exhaust at .027 and brake at .276. I did make certain to torque and unload each one 3X and assure that none of them moved while torquing the locking nuts.

I am guessing he is talking about brake running clearance when installing valve rocker shaft.
