ISX15 Emissions Codes

Enter the codes that happened within the last 25 operating hours into the fault code analyzer on QSOL. This will put the codes in the recommended order to troubleshoot. Generally focus on active codes or codes with higher counts. Do not bother with any older codes and that are 1 count only and inactive status.

Keep in mind if you’re using Insite, The last code that changed status from active to inactive will be on the bottom of the list. So if no codes are active the most recent is at the bottom. Timestamps are the key.

 

With what I know I would begin with 3232 code. Most commonly a wiring issues to the Nox sensors and controller. Sensors are not common for the codes. ECM is not communicating with the component. Check Power and ground to both sensors.
