Arkansas was in a shock over how many drivers have left. They truly believed the drivers were dumb enough to stay thinking this is still the best job in the industry.
And if they do I leave them. However if they wanted to cut pay they could have already. All through this we keep hearing wait until (some arbitrary date in the future) man are they going to get you guys Have fun trolls. Easy enough to see what you two are about.
The stores still need their freight right? Of course it would be a bad decision to chase everyone off at once.
It is the master plan to either starve or make the place so miserable for them to work at they’ll leave on their own. I give these guys who keep saying it’ll be alright credit. It takes a lot to be so blind.
I hate to see it happen to good drivers...some of these CEOs have no concept as to good workers..it's not rocket science...pay the workers well treat them right and the co will grow...too many upper mgt refuse to see that or even care...
Well nobody here has stepped up to the level of beating me like an abusive spouse yet. In today's climate I wouldn't joke about such an issue

WMT Is in the hire cheaper worker and run off the senior higher paid driver phase. I've went through the same thing at 3 different companies.
