It has been decided. My next truck.

10hrs to pull a starter all I can say is they saw you coming. I don't see where it would be any bigger job then pulling a starter of a 112 FTL or t-600

 

Macks are very time consuming to work on... way too many brackets, nuts, bolts, wires, etc.

We've had this go around before... I'm NOT the only one who agrees.

 

One Mercer O/O back in the early 00's had a water pump fail on his VED12... there were 5 different possible water pumps... none were in stock at the dealer. They got it right at #4...

The pump was $700.00... 11 hours labor at $90.00 per hour (one bolt could only be turned 1/16 of a turn at a time... 4 inches long!)... how does THAT affect your bottom line?

yep, Tyson Foods, Waste Managment, Key oil co. and about 90% of the oil and construction industry can't all be wrong
