Its been 6 months.. Its been a Year... The good..The bad.. The ugly..

I thought I'd start a thread to hear comments from people that have been OTR for 6 months to a year or 2. I made a list of ????????'s below to answer to, If you would like, I really would like to hear your comments. You don't have to answer all of them. If not..........I understand.......But before you answer.............I want to let you know something about me.

PLEASE ONLY 6months to 2 year answer.

I'm starting school Monday the 24th. I've posted threads in the the New drivers section of questions, and they have been answered for me. I haven't picked a Trucking company to go with yet. I have done alot of research, and I do mean ALOTTTTTT!!!!! I've had a CDL A with endorsments before. But a Rookie is a Rookie.

With that said............here are my ??????????????'s for comment. Also to hopefully meet some of you out there on the road. Your comments made will NOT change my Decision on becoming a CDL Driver..................AGAIN!!

• Have you been happy with the career choice and or career change you have made?

• Have you been able to enjoy the open road like you have pictured in your mind?

• The starter company that you went with, Have they taken care of you? Did they fulfill there promises so far to fit your needs and or lifestyle.

• The company that you are with. Do you get feed back for the great job you are doing for them?

I would like to say thank you for taking the time to answer the questions. I will reply back to you and I will keep you all posted on my journey.
