I know little to nothing about A/C but trying to learn. What about using something like "R-134a Super Seal Kit"?

I personally wouldnt pay to have it done. Just buy a new condenser, take your star ratchet and remove the high/low pressure lines, the loosen then 4 bolts holding it onto the Charge air cooler, remove and replace. Simple. Dont forget to replace the little gaskets for the high/low lines. Then replace the dryer. Then pay to have it vacuumed and charged.
tallmon Thanks this. -
Two of my trucks had holes from road debris. I purchased mine from http://www.coolairpart.com/
