Taylor truck line is a bad co. to work for they don't give raises and they buy up all old trucks to put you in. they put themselves be for your family if you have a emergencie at home they will route you in a diferent direction. And if you damage equipment or if somebody else dose it and you don't report they will charge you for it.

What do you consider an old truck? How often do you have "family emergencies"? And last, why would you feel it is not necessary to let them know there is damage tos the truck. Whether you did it or not, reporting it is important.

Regardless of the age of their trucks, they provide jobs for drivers. You have a choice as to whether you will take the job with the older truck or not. Many who have the older trucks pay better than the mega carriers with their shiny new trucks. It sounds like sour grapes to me.

Obviously it did not occur to you that maybe HIS company did meet your low expectations. Get in a junky ride because it provides a job?really? Pay per mile means jack if your broke down on the side of the road like I see a lot of these company drivers with old trucks doing.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

And your comment/personal attack added what to this?

The MAJORITY of companies allow time off for immediate family only.

Maybe you should seek advise from your HR department for the complete list. Then your comments will be welcome.
