my PSP report reads 0 inspections.

    Why?

I have documentation of all my inspections, DOT or Company...

Why doesn't the Gov't recognize I've been inspected to ad nauseum...

    Schneider's bulk DOT number 164311

PSP lists the violations and accidents over a set amount of time.

No roadside inspections with violations; no listing on the PSP.

Back in 2002 I used to run the mail from Mpls to NYC. I took it to South Bend In and handed it off to a team and went back to MPLS.

One day the team comes it about 2 hours late. They had been inspected 5 times THAT DAY.

The last time the driver asked the cop if he could get a note saying he had been screwed with enough for one day...

You should be able to show the DOT officer the paperwork from the previous inspection that day and they should let you go. I have had DOT officers tell me to keep a copy in the truck to show to get out of any inspections for the next week or so.

I got stopped in Long Island for inspection, then stopped again the same day in MD, just showed the previous inspection from earlier in the day and they waived me through.

Yep. When I get one, especially during the task force inspection week, I keep a copy in the truck for the rest of the week. Its not guaranteed but it does help most of the time.
I got a sticker :D on my windshield this year during a task force week inspection.

........ and as for the OP, sometimes it takes a year for the inspection to show up. I mean, these aint the fastest people when adding info. Sometimes, it just dont get put in at all.

I ran into a guy that got a sticker on exam week. And still got 2 more inspections. 3 On that one load.

I couldn't say if he was true or not.

Even clean inspections show up on the report. But it seems like the system for whatever company has to update on whatever day of the month. Could be up to 30 days.

Unless things changed and they're not showing clean inspections anymore.
