I've lost 85 pounds and quit smoking a little over a year ago

    Congratz to the quitters and the weightloss!! Kudos to you all for making that decision as well.
    Hubby and I quit smoking 2 years and 20lbs lighter ago. We quit cold turkey and the first 2 weeks were the worst, but eventually the urges subsided and we grew into a different routine.

    yeah! if ya sprinkle it on plain nonfat yogurt it tastes as good as the regular stuff..for the people who like yogurt,that is.

    I was a heavy duty smoker 2-3 packs a day for over 40 years. I quit march 15, 2009. I have never felt so crappy in my whole life. Plus I went from 180 up to 215 pounds, and at 5'10, my body mass is obese. However I don't look near that heavy. Anyway, going to the doctor next week. If I don't feel better soon, I'm gonna smoke again. Quit cold turkey !!!!!! End Of Rant.....
