It's worth it to spend the $1k and go new.. they're basically paying you to get a new truck as you get money back at the end of the term.

It's a very good deal.. I was very close to doing it myself.
Used trucks from SFI are more risk and the savings just aren't there.

Diesel APU is an extra $1800 and has to be done from the factory on a new Shaker per what SFI told me.
At that point I was like F IT I'm just gonna go with a Kenworth which has everything and what I wanted anyways.
I didn't want to commit for 3 years to a lease and put $5k up front but oh well I love my truck and it's been worth it.

    That's dang near brand new.

So you can't do the one year lease with a KW? Hmm...that kinda sucks about the apu having to be done from the factory. That would probably take awhile.

No one year KW lease.. if I could pull that off I would have.

Bare in mind the shaker is basically a company spec truck + the Battery APU
    The Kenworth is loaded

My SFI rep told me you can't get a diesel APU on Cascadias, only the Idle Air APU. If you want a fridge and diesel APU have to go with the T680 from what she told me.
