Not that I'm defending Schneider but this job requires lots of trip planning, crunching HOS, numbers etc etc.
Someone with only local or dedicated experience etc would be far behind vs someone with OTR experience whom daily has to trip plan around HOS, traffic, appointment times etc etc and all the while doing it in many areas around the country.
That's not to say someone can't learn and handle themselves here without that experience but I'm guessing that might be something that has to do with it.skyviper73 Thanks this. -
