Mine will run 85+ I'm not expected to do it or do it all the time. Its there for necessity. They're not many trucks other than the super 1s that I can't pass or run with but why do it I'm not working to pay tickets 5-10 over cruise set and I roll.

Oh dont get me wrong i agree with ya.. I dont understand the idea behind this except maybe to weed out some bad but when they start hanging you for minor infractions is when companies and drivers are going to start asking questions...

you drove 5600 miles in a week..you have to be a team...what was this load paying you...so you were acutaly running a constant 80 mph if you were solo with no break or rest is what your saying and doing 5 stops ..all legal and ligit too..

I'm a company driver with 60mph truck. Getting 8+ mpg over the last 5000 miles (and that is near 80k in the mtn. West, too); and yeah, it's annoying sometimes when trying to pass that other slow company truck, or get a good run at a hill. But, when I buy my own truck, I'll not go much faster, though I'll be able to pass and run hills... The cost of fuel is no joke. At least I have hill-climbing power. I'll pass all sorts of trucks while near gross, glad my slow truck can climb...
