I'm a dry van guy so I don't want to reccomend anything to you. I think its a personal choice. I believe you can get weekends off with intermodal now. I don't know the schedule at C&S. I'd think it would be 2 days off and maybe one of those would be a weekend day. It's like any other job, agree to the terms in the beginning or pay the price in the long run. Don't forget if these guys need help they might be willing to " bend " the rules to accomodate you i.e Sat off and days only

 

i was considering going to c&s. but i might look into other options, i'm coming up on my 6 months otr.
