    problem though, it ain't as funny as it IS true......

    too many "wannabe's"......every stinking time the economy tanks....come "a hither".......

    and the pay scale stays the same, negating any real need for higher wages in a flooded market.

    you know it Rerun, but thats all the world see`s the muney in the Trucking Industry, and think anyone can do it. Our boss had a theory years ago, shake a tree, and 10 drivers fall out. I told him, but you`ll be lucky if only one of them can actually drive, and not wreck your truck.

    How do we get back our reputation, in this industry?
