I think we already have a chimp (short fat guy) working for us. We were hauling big concrete pipe up by the Kansas NASCAR track yesterday and when I backed up to the row to unload there were about 5-6 very over ripe bananas laying on the ground from the last driver.

first to ALL of you posting the chimp commercials.....that's sum funny Sheet right there......!!!

    next, W-G.....

we DO NOT get back our reputation. it was destroyed dozens of years ago, and will never recover, thanks in part to hollywood, tv news crews, and other various media that is constantly "laying in wait" for a dumb driver to muck up.......

the ever constant problems at some CDL Mills, the news stories of raids on illegal schools, corruption at some DMV's where licenses are handed out for a "special fee", you name it......the reputation of us being "Knights of the Road" will never, ever come back.

there is still and always will be the "me first, me only" attitudes of drivers........as NO ONE sticks together.......

Wargames and Flying Finn Thank this.

well this all figures, as there are some drivers now that are happy with a pair of sweat pants and a place to sleep. So JB has found a new batch that don't need sweatpants! I'm guessing this will only last until they figure out who that they can get to drive without having to buy all those expensive bananas!

Then, if you cant beat them join em? I do recall, maybe 10 years or so ago, Swift pulled all there drivers OFF THE ROAD. The Gubument found out they were giving CDL`s away, for unqualified drivers. At my age, Im forgetting a lot, but do you remember something about the Swift Company pulling all there drivers off the road? JB Hunts Reputation was Cheap pay, Slow trucks, No miles.
And a picture of a banana on there paychecks.

Ya see, it all started in Hollywood, when they made this Trucker Movie, about a truck driver and a chimpanzee. JB and the Bear.

Our reputation can come back, when the Gubument kicks in full swing, the CSA 2010.
