my friend who drives for them runs to Chicago and back every night , he sleeps during the day starts work at 5pm and is home no later then 7am the next morning. but I know they run all over IL and IN for Meijer. I drive for NTB and pull Meijer loads about 70% of the time and get home 2+days a week, I start Thursday night at 8pm in Lansing and get back sometime Monday night/Tuesday morning to begin my hometime.

And John, when you call Schneider, ask specifically about intermodal. If you are in Monroe MI, Schneider has an intermodal terminal right down the street in Toledo, OH. One of the guys I went through orientation with was heading there. The pay was good along with time off.

I screwed up, that intermodal terminal is JB in TOLEDO, not Schneider. Needed to correct that for ya! JB looks like the one to call.
