JB Hunt late invoices

I am not hauling with JB HUNT. But BACKHAUL is now added to the list . They take about 40 days or longer to pay. Eventually, they will pay you. So, you are safe. There is no need to panic. But the accounting there doesn't want to answer. They use TRIUMPHPAY and tell parties to go to the third party to ask questions.
A few people at Backhaul are nice. So, it depends who you get over the phone. But their accounting doesn't seem to be.

 

YOU KNOW HOW LAW WORKS IN YOUR FAVOR. Many have no idea how law works. And depending on the party on the other side who has experience and means, might threaten you with other means.
While sometimes courts work fine, other times you just never know how it can hurt your business.
