Hey drivers. Please know that jb hunt uses a 3rd party telemarketing company (based in the usa) to do all their recruiting for them. They are not fully knoledgeable on what the company can and cannot do for the drivers. As in pay, hometime ect...In other words there is alot of lying from the recruiters part. The recruiters check on a periodic basis on the jb hunt web site for any job openings/posted.

They are also downsizing their fleet. Cutting it by half i think. Lots of drivers waiting on trucks. Most of their drivers have temporary resident alien cards, and are not U.S. citizens. They participate in some sort of foreign visa work program to hire cheap (no offense) drivers. This benefits jb hunt at the end of the year. For taxes. The company is well known and based out of Lowell, AR.

Pay starts at .36cpm with at least one year experience. Average weekly miles are 1800.

    Thank you.

I think I talked to one of those 3rd party people a couple months ago. I knew she couldnt have had anything to do with the company because she was answering my questions truthfully. She's probably been fired by now.

Seems like they just moved trucks around. 1 division was up like 470 trucks and another was down like 170 or something like that. The #s weren't great but who's are. At least that's what I saw in the report.

    And I hate the megas...........

And as usual, any company that needs recruiters should be avoided in the first place! That's just common sense!

So, if they are not 3rd party we should trust them? :biggrin_25521: And JB is not the only company that does this.
