Well this sucks!

Checked in at the Louisville yard and I was told my load was loaded on a Mast Trucking trailer so I called the shipping dept and they won't answer the phone or they are not in yet.

The planners are working on a solution now, they are gonna try to have them unload the Mast trailer and put the load on a JBS trailer if they ever answer the #### phone!

But I have a feeling thats not gonna happen and I just lost 750 miles!

 

Yep, lost that load!

Got me another load going to MS tonight but now they need me to take a load from the yard to a place a few miles away, if I do that I won't be able to do the load tonight!

This is FUBAR!

Seems like load planners and dispatch are getting their axxes handed to them and grabbing at straws trying to get loads covered?

Yeah got a call from dispatch and he said they got it all worked out for me to drop the trailer at Millard and go back to pick up my load to MS. Said they would have another driver come to Millard and pick up the empty.

Well got to Millard and was told they do not allow dropped trailers! Driver has to stay with the load!

Since this load is late, they are gonna TRY to work me in sometime tonight.......................

So now hopefully I won't lose the MS load but if and when I do get to pick it up there is NO WAY it's gonna be there by 6am!

 

Big company bs, I bet ya nobody called over to millard. Just one of them weeks you'll have that. Call doc he has the answer I'm sure he can email or call a big shot and pull some strings.

Well I've been home every day running regional,home early 2night leave out tom mornn,off this weekend. Got my regular truck from the new 700,this pete needs a A LOT of cleaning as last drvr was truck janortorially challenged! The pete does have more leg room than the 700 and at 6'2 I like that. The 700 had to go to the shop when the new drvr got in it,water leak-door post falling out-inside of door upholstry coming off. I hope this works out money wise,being home on the weekends is nice ,but,I have to turn 2k a week fo tha bank acct. 300 a day is only 1500 a wk but we will see. AND oooh AVE .....kiss my kevin harvick .... Lmao that's funny right there I don't care who ya are! - hear ya though I'll go over to a nascar website etc etc. You boys be good... ELVIS has left the building

 

Finally got that load delivered and picked up my load at 5am, made it to Dickson, TN...........................Good night!

 

As I said earlier in this thread, i'm surprised they didnt work something out with the holiday inn near the mall further up US34. Much better location and actually decent places to eat. Still not the best area but its better than the Americas best and Jake Brake Crap-fe!

You are 100% right on that I could not agree with you more, I sent an email to Darrin ( who by the way reads this forum and knows who I am ) and he responded that He and Russell were in the process of working out the details on the new arrangements...

Kylebusch you seem to be a topic of discussion or laughter with Don and Ken as they brought up Nascar today and YOU were the first person they mentioned as a DIEHARD NASCAR fan.. They had nothing bad to say about just about your choice in Driver but I would not take it personal as they did not Like My choice in driver either go figure coming from the JR Nation people....
