Hey Foxfire you ever been to the chicken plant in El Dorado Ar? is there a truck stop nearby ? I am picking up rendering in SC at Sumter going to El Dorado, never been to either one of these chicken plants... Just curious as to what is in store for me lol

 

wow, i thought they order 1500 new t-660 with paccar engines, they must of change the order, it was on the kenworth news site and trucker news last year some time, thanks

They didn't bring my loaded trailer over to me till 10AM! TEN HOURS LATE!

I asked them if they could call me when it was ready so I could at least get some sleep and was told NO! So I had to wait up all night and watch the driveway to the dropyard for the yard dog to drop off my trailer! And then drive all day after being up all night.

And the icing on the cake................NO DETENTION PAY ON THE COORS ACCOUNT!

being at coors is like a meat plant without the smell, ha ha, hay harleyman or anyone working there at JBS, whats there starting pay there, here living in pittsburgh,pa whats there home time 2 weeks out then home, some companys like FFE keep you out 3 weeks no less, thanks

 

I quit drinking Coors products about 8 years ago just because of how I was treated there in Golden. My load was not ready until 2 days past appt time and then they expected it to be in New Hampshire in less than 2 days. They said my company should of moved it to a team truck. Um I sat for 2 days waiting for it with no pay I am #### well not giving up the miles on it. They survived.

 

As a company driver, am in one of the older trks. Seems some of the paccar motors are having that "new stuff" growing pains. Friend of mine just leased one of the 700's and is having nothing but troubles with it. Says it has both, less power and torque.

 

Hey Doc, thanks for the pictures of your shelves. Still out with a trainer waiting to get loaded tonight in Effingham IL going to Denver, have to go to the yard for service after that. Maybe, I'll get turned loose. Upper bunk mattress in the T700 are not very thick! FYI
