Well Hubby got thru orientation, now just waiting for his trainer, the only complaint he has had was the food acorss the street from the motel, he says places like that give truck stops a bad name, I guess you really have no choice but to eat there since you are kind of stuck.Than k Goodness the waiting is over. not sure where she is getting the 8 weeks from...that is flat not true...she may have miss understude your experence....but she is right on with the $300 a week...and yes we thank it is way low also

 

Well my husband is in CO. for orientation. He was picked up in the famous streached hummer. He said the hotel is not too bad. He starts bright and early in the morining and will call me tomorrow to let me know how everything goes.

 

I will be in Greeley tomorrow night if Pepsi doesn't take a long time to unload me, supposed to be getting a new truck! I might have to take a 34 in Greeley, I have 9.5hrs left on my 70 and I have 8.5hrs of driving to do tomorrow!

So if anybody is in Greeley say hi!

Morning Babrjon, thats funny about the stretched hummer, when my husband arrived it was a stretched Ford Expeditation, they pick them up in style. I was a little worried about all of the things they do but he physcial part he thought was the easiest and was back at the motel by 3. Breakfast at the hotel i think was cereal but the lunch was good. Where are you from? Hope all goes as well for him as it did my hubby, had to wait a few days for a trainer as he has only had his CDL for 6 months I guess that was the hardest of it all except the food across the street. You know, I did not even pay attention to what kind of limo it was. He sent pics to the kids and I just glanced at them. I am just anxious to get the call that all the medical stuff is done. We are from Victorville, CA.

 

OK. Every thing for the 1st day is done. So far so good.

Truck in the Shop fixing a few things, Like the steering gear box, slack fifth wheel, and some other stuff.
3 days in GB at the Hotel.
