Wow JBS already called me they ran all my info and said I look like a excellent fit for JBS. She pointed out that JBS is a little pickier then most carriers. Then she went over all my benefits and She also ran all my reports and everything can back sqeaky clean ...lol... According to the recruiter... I told her I was kind of excited about getting on with JBS and she said they are excited to have me. She said right now they are putting thier people in 2012 KW 700's ... Then she said she was sending my info over to safety for final approval... I am looking forward to this...

LOL...I'm looking forward to it ... Do they pay you detention pay if your at the shipper/reciever for more then 2 hours... I forgot to ask the recruiter that... I feel like I am getting on with a pretty good company .. And though there is good and bad in all outfits I think this will be a positive experience.

4 hours, then they start to pay. Keep a positive attitude. If you dont expect it, then you wont be let down when it doesnt happen. Make a list of questions, they will answere them in class, if they cant there, they will find someone in the offices who can. remember your pay is 250.00 for orientation, and 300.00 a week in training. If you are a student with no previous experience .30cpm after training and you are solo. Benifits are good.

Sounds good they told me they would start me at 33 cents per mile ... and I will get 34 once I hit my two years experience ... I'm confident in driving skills but still cautious ... It is my backing that I may be rusty on as I have been driving flatbed for the past year...lol
