Thanks for sticking up for me, not sure where hes coming from as the only complaint I HAVE ever made on here was him not getting home but once a month.His miles are ok could be more could be less, but that is life.

As far as getting a job I have one and have had the same job for a long time. I am a Bakery Manager for a major food store, so Back off and please reread the post before you jump and open mouth and insert foot

 

EVERYBODY should know that miles are cyclical, some weeks are great, some weeks are horrible, but most weeks are good!

I am taking a 34 in Manning, SC because I just did 3500 miles in 6 days, but the week before was horrible, it all evens out. I would say the fleet avg has probably dropped in August but has started to pick back up again!

Now I am praying they get me a load to Florida since I have tickets to the Ohio State - Miami game on Saturday!............................

 

Wow you would think a "gentleman" who supposedly has so many years under his belt wouldn't be quite so nasty. Also you would think he would have more oportunties than 33 cents a mile. We ALL have the right to speak of our families truths in dealing with any carrier. If thats not your expereince then fine state your experience BUT to be such a jerk and to tell a complete stranger( whom you know nothing of her life) to get a job is uncalled for sir. And that you drive around representing the company my Huubby works for saddens me. I know quite a few drivers at JBS and have been a driver myself for over 20 years and what people are asking for or expecting from this company is in no way out of the ordianary or out of the question.
It is true that hiring more drivers when you can not service the ones you have hurts US ALL. As then the good drivers leave for more lucrative postions and only the ones who can't make decent money anywhere else or get hired there remain. My hubby personally ( and I) would rather stay put and fix the issues. The answer is never to attack each others families or to except below par standards 'just because we have a job" There are many jobs out there we would like to see this be the last one and will fight for it to be so. Attitudes and nastiness like your reflects BAD on ALL JBS employees.
BTW I quit work 3 years ago to stay home with our child. Got something to say? Whether I work or not I EXPECT my husband to make over 3000 a week most weeks. I EXPECT him to get decent benes( BTW the plants are way better than the drivers) I EXPECT him to be able to swing through once in awhile not have to put in for time home only then to be left sitting 2-3 days first then sent home then BEGGED to hit the road the very next day( this has happened MORE THAN ONCE) I EXPECT his fellow employees to show each other and their families basic respect and kindness as we are in this TOGETHER!

 

And yet another addition to my ignore list. <plonk>

Harleyman,my brother's old girlfriends son plays for the canes. #9 chase ford- tight end. He caught a touchdown last year against ohio st. Looks like a little drama on this page...lmao meeyoooowww! Still doin the ol regional scrub,loosing 9 to 12 percent on miles on every run. Still pondering goin otr or just goin,lata dudes
