Sitting in Denver waiting to unload at Mile Hi on monday then deadhead to Greely so my trainee can get a truck. Trainee and I are getting a 34 so we can start week fresh,Any other mentors on here signed up for the supposed IA/MN to So Cal Dedicated for the next 6 weeks?haven't heard of anyone pulling them yet,I signed up but nothing yet.Last pay period 4200 miles with a trainee,but the detention and layover,and multi stops should make up for the lack in miles LOL.Got stuck in Vermont,luckily it was only for 26 hours!

Yeah I am thinking they will start heading me that way after tomorrow,thats why I made sure we teamed it from Indy to Denver so I could get a restart in,we'll see what they have in store when I get there tomm. after I get a B service,seems like I've been following you all over the country

I was making the point people are comparing apples and oranges. Crying about what their other company's paid in another division of trucking. It's kinda like a flat bed driver coming over here complaining about not getting tarp pay. I also gave you the guy's name who's page I got that from wysrob I believe. By the way I'm on fleet 19 getting tons of miles now that the cry babies have freed up some time. With Kim. ON this load out of Hyrum going to bronx and 2 stops in boston. Paid miles 2399 dh 75 + the 150 for new york pay if I can get it there b4 my truck blow up.

Thank you Jlind that seems like my problem white smoke coming out. Which I only notice when I'm starting, but really no loss of power and I try to drive my full 11 b4 I stop. Add 2 gal's and I'm good to go, but guess I'll go ahead and try to get it fixed in MA. ONly have 189,000 on mine.

Well enjoy it while you can man. Will not last forever with her. I started out with great miles. And then it went downhill. But anyways you enjoy yourself on fleet 19. As to your flatbed reference. I'm simply stating that giving up 4 hours out of my day for free is a joke. We all have a clock that we can't stop just because some dumb *ss place wants to play games. And don't care about your hours of service I was saying at least on tankers you get paid while driving and when your not you get paid by the hour. None of this bull*hit giving 4 hrs. My time is worth a lot more then that. Stop and think for a minute. At 65 mph * 4hrs = 260 miles * .40= $104 bucks. So every time you sit and before you can claim detention your loosing $104 bucks. That adds up quickly. And further more this will never get better because there *sswipes like your self that is perfectly content with this. But I guess that's why they do it as they can find any monkey to haul a box trailer down the highway. But not just anyone can pull a tanker.

 

I've been with JBS for 9 months now and they treat me just fine!!

 

Never said treatment was bad or benefits. I just strongly disagree with some of there policies.

 

while on route to el paso from plainview decided to stop and take these pics of a scenic mtn in texas,,even at night it's wholesome..there is even a place to stop even closer to "el capitan" enjoy

 

what a waste of time WAITING ,,i just don't understand why some drivers just don't drop trl go off duty driving to the only trkstop with showers there??? by mcdonalds and redbox videos to rent ???
