JBS Carriers Greeley Colorado

I have heard that some of the kenworths are set to run at 70mph. i guess to see if going that little bit faster will improve fuel mileage. but i dont know this to be true. other then i can say is i have a kw and i cant run over 65mph and yet on I-70 west out of st louis i got my door blown off by a fellow jbs driver with a kenworth. i was running flat out at 65mph

im set at 68.8 i have no trouble passing a jbs WHEN i need to, BUT fact is these days being a top hand is not just getting it there on time, being a good driver is being a profitable drverthe more the boss makes on a load.... the better the loads you get i usually drive 63 , 65 an try to keep it under 1500 rpm , i figure do the company good, it does me good !

 

Well im dh'ing 1300 miles from jersey to minnesota then on my way to carson cali 1750 miles . Not bad miles for 5 days.

 

I feel for you guys up there in the cold..................

Just spent the weekend chillin on the beach where it was 83 degrees!............

Nope I'm on my way to worthington, minnesota. Yea yea for me.

 

no outside of Detroit waiting to drop and then pick up in the monring and then on way to Wy.

 

I'm headed to Greeley, CO for orientation on Jan. 3. Any advice??
