well well well deep subject and i would like to thank yhose of u who r posting good things about the company i work for as long as bad but wait as i have said n the past i believe those of u who contiue to ##### moan n conplain have never been happy n anything u have done all ur life 7 marraiges n u get my point ok so i been with jbs 19 months first as a otr n the last seven a local driver n greeley yes the sleep apna thing sucks but so does anything elase we r made to do just like when we were made to do as a child it sucked cause we have no choice wait yes we do get the f out of trucking so as jbs moves forward to become a better company we will work out the bs but jbs has a very well insurance package one thing i learn as a otr with jbs was u take the short hauls as well as the long hauls n u will make money one thing i will tell u the more u b n conplain to ur dm u will b sitting a lot cause they do the best they can n if ur going to call n yell n scream u ate got s comeing trust me i know when i first started at jbs i had a bad attidute we r not just aanother trucking company n if thats how u feel go some were elase cause we want to b just the best trucking company n we cant do it with all u crying babies who never been happy n anything u have done CHANGE YOUR LIFE NOT YOUR WIFE

 

well its too bad the bickering and stuff we're all big boy's n girls we need to put on our big boy pants , I'm not a cheerleader for JBS HELL I don't even work for the company, I have read through 568 pages of the good and the bad this company has to offer thanks to the OP but after reading most of it and seeing the petty arguing and bickering just got annoying to fish through for information . people have the right to dislike something ! if Employees are unhappy they might have a legit gripe let them air there grievances if the company was not willing to resolve the issue in a private setting then maybe it needs to come to a forum so that others know what is happening as for people not having a right to voice there opinion unless they have time under there belt is HORSE APPLES it is as an american anyones 1st amendment right to voice there opinion even if you dont feel WE are worthy I chose this career (professional driver )

I'm not jumping on any one poster just sayin when I was reading these pages I had to wade through a lot of bickering just because someone dident like the fact that one person was not happy with his company or someone stuck up for the company I came to this thread to learn about JBS among many other sources of information being that the're a company I might go work for it was JBS13 that made the comment bout having time under your belt before commenting ,but again if this is a company I am interested in working for and the management reads this forum maybe just maybe they'l see from ALL aspects that changes need to be made I have allot of respect for all the men and Women posting on here but we all deserve a voice

 

Well JBS can kiss my ##### I'm outta here in 2 weeks the phone call I was waiting on just came in....But all in all JBS is decent for newbies, just doesn't suit my needs and abilities

 

Nobody maid me mad. Just one driver, who always has to correct everything another driver does? Just move on, mind your own business.
On another note, saw a bunch of Friday and Saturday delivery loads sitting at a plant, and spoke with a few drivers sitting empty till Monday. Someone is sleeping at the computer. I have yet to break a $1k paycheck in 6 weeks.

 

Drivers sitting empty till Monday while Friday and saturday delivery loads sit at the plant. You can't make a 1k pay check. Guess this company is ok. Never mind the office staff doing there job right. Might have to check JBS back out again when I get tired of making 1k a week. LMAO
