What company that can retain good drivers need to have a 5k sign on bonus?

 

Because I had a preplan for a load picking up the next day but it cancelled!

So at the time there was no reason to try to get enough sleeper berth time to make it legal to drive all night!

 

Understandable but I always do it just in case. Its load planners were talking about. They can either make your day good or make it hell by a few clicks on that mouse taking the good load off and slapping on a nightmare load.

6 more days, 6 more days then free at last, Becky called me yesterday and begged me to stay,but yet no one was around 60 days ago when I first addressed the issue never even got a call back.

 

THIS GUY SOUNDS LIKE ....... HCTOWING ! anyhow on a different subject I have been following this thread for a while and I am disappointed to see drivers leaving that as a observer , with hearing 70 trucks abandoned that the current management had better pull there head out of there collective smokestack ,at this point I have seen a few potential "drivers " interested in this company such as my self walk away or get cold feet because of the termoil and bull s(-)t in the office spilling over and causing seinor drivers to walk I'm sorry to say but this outfit is starting to sound alot like C.R England minus the lease scam !
I will most likely be persuing another company ....

 

JBS bought out EA Miller in Hyrum UT they do alot of meat hauling

 

Someone at JBS has big balls, Im your BOSS, take a pic of the change of log message. write down date /time stamp, terminate JBS as the company you drive for, call the dot and report them for illegal log change, do not approve your log and call JBS safety an report it to them. Thats BULL****.

 

Point being supa his dispatcher changed his log without getting approval first. The log is not the dispatchers time it is the drivers time. He also said he went on duty to move the truck and back into the door. Is that not what DOT tells you your status must be to be doing company work?

 

well i tell i have sat more than drove so i like to know how he is getting miles like that when i can't even break the surface and further more they are fixing to loose another driver very soon so they will have another truck to fill with a trainee and when it comes to home time they forget that u may have a dr appointment to attend to or be charged to change it to suit them at jbs but they sure don't miss any then they tell u to talk to darin blah i am done talkin
