Like I said, I dont always go home every two weeks, and they know I can run!....hell one time they gave me a load and told me they didnt expect me to make it on time, I RAN HARD and made it! I even got a call from Darrin Taylor saying he couldnt believe I did it!.......so they know they can depend on me to do my job!

I have proven myself time and time again, I have stayed out 3-4 weeks.......still NO MILES!

Well Harley if you can't get NO MILES. You go somewhere who does have the MILES. If this is not a good fit. There are thousands of companies who will let you walk on their grass.

Another thing I seen that JBS does. Is when they don't want somebody to work for them. They don't give them miles. Kinda like the guy who got his truck stolen, and nobody called him. Ok so guess you expect JBS to fire him, and they have to pay him unemployment for getting his truck stolen. So maybe bro the writing is on the wall. Saying you avg 1700 miles a week and you been here over a year making rookie pay would starve most people.

I'd suggest Heyl but I don't think you want to go back over the road, but From their thread they get to Florida quite a bit. Or You can be that guy that every company has that just complains to complain, and never goes anywhere. I don't know. Check out Heartland express 2. I think they can give you the miles you are looking for and if you make only 1700 at least you are being paid .48cpm.

I also don't think you very smart with the way you chose you home time. I know you were going home on your pay day's so when you come off home time. You only have a short time to get your last few miles in before the thursday cut off. Coming from Florida and you know the loads you will get. Having a couple of short runs is better then having a 1400 mile run that doesn't deliver till Thursday at 20:00.

I have delivered to Florida and I would dh to the soy milk plant in Jacksonville from orlando. Then go to Publix in GA that didn't deliver that night. So the fact you live in Florida effects your miles. Getting a company who has east to west freight out of Florida would be a good fit. Instead of having a company like JBS who is trying to get you up to Georgia to do Pilgrims Pride.

Tenessee guy calm down bro. I just said it was funny. I have had Aetna b4 pretty good insurance. As you can tell from my post when you said it was 70 dollars cheaper then mine. This is why I said it was so funny. You guys are on Ch 19 all day, and we can't have a simple discussion without being called names or threatened?

Tennessee its a job I was looking for one when I found this one. Its not guaranteed to be here tmrw. If I have to go else where I will do so. I'm glad you are happy at your present company. Doing all those produce runs for 10 dollars a stop will get old though. Even when Companies charge 50 dollars and up per stop from the customer. But as long as you are happy bro. I'm happy for you. You have a great weekend.

I only make 2 cpm less, but when i run a trip its right on the miles they pay me, sometime I beat it by 100 miles, like Holcomb to Laredo, Jack&Jill is jealous, he's happy at JBS and more power to him, reminiscent of the Doc Holiday Days.ANd Furniture row is the 4th largest retailer in the nation, I guess they are going broke because there are not cars in the parking lot LOL!

I have always had jake brakes. I never had to go down a hill without them. Actually as I said my jake brake works when it wants to. I normally put it in 9th gear and never have to put on the brake. When I put it in 9th gear, and the jake brake stopped working. I had to slow down to put it in 7th gear warming up the brakes. So learn something new every day.

Funny thing is Jake Brake will work then you hit the brakes and it stops working, and never comes back on till I don't need it. Crazy. But we gota do what we gota do.
