no i have lost my cell phone and my internet access due to no money. im trying to get back to jbs as i do like the traveling part of the job. didnt like some of the politics, but hell thats anywhere you go.

 

Do you still have the truck at your house?

 

How long have they said they didn't have your results. Just 2day or has it been awhile? I thought the sleep study thing only took 3 weeks not 3months?

 

no they came around the 3rd of march and picked it up. i was told by my fleet manager is was picked up due to liability issues. didnt make any sense to me. as they let it sit from dec 19th to march 3rd or 4th, but yeah i get told by my fleet manager im still employed andi also know my medical benefits are still good.

 

its been a long while, i had issues on my end with the lack of money for gas to drive an hour each way to get the stupid machine and then sleep with it for 2 weeks and drive the machine back. but anyways i had the memory card read on feb 28th and yet colorado says they dont have them and the sleep lab says they sent them, so who in the hell knows

 

well im down at our loca library looking for work as well as emailing jbs. been here at the library for 3 hrs, time to go home for now. will be back on here tomorrow morning, you all be safe and have a great day

 

That's cool. Can't believe they set the truck that long, but hope they get your results and you back to work. Soon I can't imagine being out of work that long. Just be careful bro. I seen it too many times. So they don't have to pay unemployment. Them not telling somebody they don't want them to work, and just hope they will quit due to low miles or no phone calls. I pray they are not giving you the run around. If your sleep study people say's your results are good. That should give you the ok to go about anywhere, and another company can just download your results from your Cpap machine. I think.

Apply for your unemployment today tell them whats going on and you may get it all the way back to will you started to be punished. But you will get it just dont give up.

 

You may want to report this as their (so called hired by jbs joke Drs.) told you to do something you did your part cost and all, and now their not doing their part. DOT would just love to come in there and take a look around. You can also start a lien for storage for storing there truck you may make more on that then the low miles.

 

4 hours at a pilgrims plant is about right. thats fast at a lot of plants.
