Well I don't know what to think of this thread but let me describe myself I've been driving for a little over 35 yrs over the road I've heard horror stories of drivers and their poor choices joining on with crappy carriers. I have been with 3 trucking companies in my career. And that what I'm proud of I have 6 million safe miles and im not bragging just want to put that out there I owned my own company for 22 yrs 3 trucks and then I worked for the guy I sold the co to and I NEVER would work for the bigger companies I never needed their crap. "I guess". I just found out about this site and decided to check it out anyways this jack and Jill he is definetly the guy at the trucks top counter telling his truck driver stories. Your going to knock down companies that you have no idea really what there about. Point I'm trying to make is I've been with furniture row exp for alittle over 33 months now and it's the biggest co I've ever worked for and I have nothing bad to say about them they treat me with respect and I go home when I want. That's all I ask for. Thanks for talking smack about MY co that you know so little about I could come on here and talk about JBS but that's tackey and I'm not that way but if your going to knock the company I'm working for and it's lies I have to inform you your wrong well I rambled enough. I vented and I'm better. Thanks and be safe.

Research actually involves comprehending what one reads!.......the Cypress thread is WAY more positive than the JBS thread!

This JJL Network update is brought to you by the fine folks of TR.Com. Where the drivers give the facts.

The #13434 Jack&Jill Logistics JBS/Pilgrims Pride Peterbilt made great time To Pittsburg,TX. He was in and out in less then 30 minutes. The Bills were hot off the presses when he arrived. Hooked up to a JBS/Utility Trailer with a Thermo King, and was back on 271 then 30 and then 20.

We do have bad news to report. May we have a moment of Silence for Sue E. Sidal da Squirrel who ran out in front of the #13434 Jack and Jill Peterbilt. Got to the shoulder, and decided to run back across. Unfortunately Sue E Sidal the Squirrel will no longer play Chicken but Possum. She is survived by Buzz ERRed Food. May she rest in PIECES.

Other then Getting 98 gals of Premium TEXAS T sponsored by fuel solutions and Loves travel stop weatherford, Texas. Where Jack got a diet mountain dew, blow pops, and a chassis adjustment. He was out of there in 14mins.

Got to the Texas Stop Sign (dairy Queen) in Colorado City, TX. Where he Got a crispy chicken salad, and that break was sponsored by Dot Qualcom and fine folks in safety department. With 7mins left on the clock and 670.3 miles driven. The Jack&Jill Peterbilt is going to take a 10 and do it all over again.

    Back to you Boogity!!

I don't think Cypress is the company some of you people think they are, I guess they had their day running old equipment and cabovers and what not but since CSA has played a part in the restructuring of a lot of companies it seems Cypress has caught on and are improving their business.

I was contacted by them after I submitted an online app about pulling a dump trailer for them and their rates are pretty good, I've yet to make an ultimate decission on what I'm going to do.

I know this is a JBS thread so I'll let you all get back to that, but I think Harleyman is making a step up in the business, a lot of the hate threads on here whether it be Cypress, JBS, or whomever are just misguided rants from people who approach things in a narrowminded way. I think companies like Cypress are actually catering to a new way of driving, decent pay, good hometime, and a life outside of the truck doesn't sound too bad to me.
