JBS Carriers Greeley Colorado

Been looking at buying a truck, checked out the 700. Its a nice sized sleeper, with great storage, but bottom bunk is way too wide, IMHO. Its too small for most trucker couples and more than big enough for one person. I'd rather see a standard-width lower bunk w/ a little more floor space. Haven't driven one, but have heard they are real quiet going down the road. I should note that am looking at trucks for team operation, so a solo guy would prob. love the T700. Decided on the 660 w/ 86" for what I'm doing.

 

Drove I-10 thru West Texas last night, WOW! I must have seen 300 deer!

Are you driving coast to coast? If not, your flawed in your math, Your bio says 3 years exp.I think you need a little more exp. to learn the real world of otr trucking and i can prove that with just one question, Where's all your dock time??? You say you are a techie, leave it at that.

 

Just finished orientation with JBS and all 9 of us were white boys. Also even if we had towels on our head who gives a sheet. Its funny how much BS and not true information that i found out first hand. The e-logs are so simple a cave man could do it. My trainer picks me up on saturday just talking to him on the phone i know it will be a good time,he has 40 years of driving he already told me that he will be taking two days off in the middle of May and had his wife has already made a reservation for me at a hotel. I plan to post my expirences on this site. also i counted 50 new KW t700 the at the greeley terminal the safety mgr said there are a lot more coming.
