orferd: I recently called the recruiting department and spoke with the recruiting manager Denni Atencio asking him what jbs looks for in a future driver. His response to me was simple. clean driving record,high school diploma or equal to,basic computer skills, minumum 1yr or 100,000 miles of otr current experience. we have a hiring freeze on students fresh out of school at the moment for lack of available mentors. we have a current waiting list for students needing mentors and Dennis put a hold on any new ones till we can decrease the waiting list.
