Nice, good luck and hope its as good of a company as what I have heard. Spoke to a few drivers who love it.

DazzlinD4, I'm certainly not trying to infringe on the conversation between the both of you but I must say that Nussbaum is the number one company on my list. Everything that I have read, and seen about them points to them as being a rare gem amongst all of the others, so to speak. I am in a similar situation myself actually than the above poster is actually - messy divorce from my former employer as well, so not sure of the recommendation that they would give me either. Was a Class B coach driver for 14 years. No accidents during that time, clean as a whistle MVR, just a difference of direction between us. I hold no grudges. They might though. So almost have the A and since Nussbaum is now training, I would like to try them. Not sure if they hire in my area though, SE Mass. Looking at the hiring area, it looks as if I might be just outside of it, what a kick in the balls that is :( but if I was able to get on at Nussbaum, it would be a great thing. With that said, any idea on how many slots for the small training program that they are now running are available?

The "small scale training" is only partially true. They are a small company but still have a massive turnover like every company.

does Jim Palmer provide CDL training. I am recently retired from the military and looking for a company that I can get my CDL and have a career with. I live in Ca, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the info, I have been talking with a recruiter and for some reason she is telling me they do not have a CDL training program, but they advertise that they do. I don't understand why I am being told they don't have a training program
