It is my understanding they pay you your bonus money immediately after each trip vs making you wait until the end of the current quarter like many companies do. That is a plus in my book. I am also working with Alex and she is great.

They have recently instituted a training program for those who have a CDL but no experience which is focused on training you how to drive and deliver rather than pump miles out of you. There are limited spots since they don't want to become a driver mill so to speak but I love working here and the guarunteed minimum is nice for the odd slow week or rare breakdown. My current employer wont fax them back
