    Its at times like this when I'm in a space lock in a Vogon vessel about to be ejected into deep space that I wished I listened to my mother when I was younger

    Well, four applications since last Thursday and all four declined the app.

    Looks like perhaps my trucking career is over. Like I said, 20 years clean driving record, clean PSP, no freight claims, and never damaged any equipment, and I'm virtually unhireable. Fifty years old and I may have to truly take a Mc Donald's or Wal-Mart greeter job... :(

    That’s puzzling to me. The only places that ever rejected me were Estes and Saia. Are you trying LTL companies? They WILL use it against you, Estes flat out told me they did with me. Those are the only places I’ve had trouble with getting hired. Every other company I applied with hired me within 3 days. Good luck, sorry to hear.

    No can do. My wife refuses to move from her native region. I couldn't get her to move 35 miles south to Bethlehem, PA. I'd never get her to move to Canada.
