If you are Ukrainian and you marry an American that is a pathway, however I understand that in the military this future spouse to be in the service has to notify his commander and go up the tree from there to be examined for marriage suitablity. (Love run on sentances, I feel trapped on today...)

Sometimes People hostile to the United States will try and marry someone carefully selected for exploitation once married.

Most of the time my thinking lies towards both spouses becoming dual citizen. I am an American for example and if someone from Ukraine came here had a relationship and married me, that person will become a dual citizen. I don't think I will gain Ukrainian Citizenship so it's not exactly a equal two way street.

Trucking for Alaska would be something I think is in pretty high demand for someone who has managed to keep him or herself clean. If I did not have the accumulated health problems I would have examined and probably hired onto Alaska by now. However, it will have to be a off grid living because when we owned a house up there to sell, Oil for heating alone was 600 in summer and more than twice that in winter per month. We are not accustomed to purchasing more than say 1200 dollars worth of oil each winter (350 gallons, at whatever price but 1200 would be max and good until March more or less with a fireplace as a backup)

heres the big plus about becoming a Kiwi [aussie slang for New Zealander] if you do get permanent residence and citizenship you can also live and work in Australia. As far as getting LPR in either of those 2 countries it really depends on what qualifications you have the higher educated the more chance you'll be approved also the more money you have the more chance you'll get approved they have a points system if you get enough points you'll get the ok to immigrate check out these websites for more info on immigrating to Australia or NZ www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work

Unfortunately this is the truth, I was born and raised here, and the Asian migration that started in the early 90s has allowed the major north island cities to be over run...

Hence the reason I'm trying to get to the US, anyone want to swap passports?

Seriously bloke aren't you exaggerating the truth just a tad bit? I could say that the Kiwi's are over running Australia too cause they've all moved over here but hey we've got plenty of room and most of you folks are ok i guess.

Wish I was. I did a 5 year stint on the GC, and the kiwis had certainly made there mark there, nothing compared to the Asian population in Auckland now. I've got a couple of Brazilian guys working for me at the moment, and when they first landed and went to downtown Auckland they thought they had ended up in the wrong country...

G'day mate well gettting H2b visa's is a very time consuming process the company that employed us actually used a second company called Truckersforusa they no longer do this what i've noticed is some companies doing the grain harvest will get H2A visa's A for agriculture however the deal with that visa is the employer must compensate the driver/ worker for travel expenses so there not to keen on paying for $2000 airfares from Australia , and generally hire from Mexico as they only pay $200 for a bus fare. Ok i've raved on abit here are 3 companies i know have used H2b visa's you can try however this was over 10 years ago and they may not want the hassle of visa applications as Homeland security scrutinize them, they are L.W Miller Inc based in Logan UT, Freymiller in Oklahoma City OK, Calark in Little Rock AR.

Hey guys. This is (so far) one of the most intresting post about this "issue". So ill try to be as short as i can
I am romanian. Lived in uk for 5 yers now im in the netherlands. I got class 1 (uk version of proffesional driving) or c + e (eu version) with my license being registered in uk.
So i got my b2 tourist visa. Visited new york and miami (2 weeks trip) and i literally fell in love of us. (Never expected that lol)
I found some answers but not something sure i was looking i ternet ove and over but only vague answers.
Correct me if i am wrong. So you cant make an CDL course with a B2 visa(tourist visa). I would come for a long vacation if there is any way of me having the course without a h2b visa. Money wouldnt be such a big issue. I earn pretty well. I worked for DHL automotive in uk and now im on schiphol airport (amsterdam) on air cargo. Having pass to enter airport etc.
I dont want to be disrespectful for some guys posting comms but most of them are irrelevant to this "enquiry". So if i dont know anyone there... what would be the steps to follow? Thank you all. And have a safe journey. God bless you all.
PS language is not a problem at all. Lol
