I’ve been applying and talking to recruiters a lot lately. Got turned down for one due to a credit check (thank you divorce), and been getting a lot of lowball offers (42cpm) and some about average (51 or 52cpm), but just can’t find anything that really stands out.

Well you're in your first year so those offers should be expected at that pay range. Once you get a year or 2 in then youll see closer to or above 60 cpm. I'd take one of those options just get seat time. Then revisit it 6 months to 1 year from now if you don't like where you are.Lonesome Thanks this.
