Well you're in your first year so those offers should be expected at that pay range. Once you get a year or 2 in then youll see closer to or above 60 cpm. I'd take one of those options just get seat time. Then revisit it 6 months to 1 year from now if you don't like where you are.

 

Both of you drivers should give the OP the name of the companies you drive for. That's what he's looking for.
