The union agreed to give back 15% in wages to help save YRC. As you have observed, it was not used to upgrade equipment or maintenance.
However, it is better than nothing and will get you LTL experience. -
I will talk to them and see what they have to offer. -
Even with the 15% give back many city drivers I talk to still make about 60-70k with the free insurance so it’s not as bad as you would think and they have upgraded the fleet at least last night while I was working all I saw was new Volvo’s from yrc
