:biggrin_2554:The pay rate in the williston area for O/O is around 100-120hr, from all the posts I have been seeing about 200hr, just dont see it, hauling water or production water does require a vac truck 68-75,000 for a good trailer and maybe around 50,000 or so for a truck. So if you are heading this way understand that you have to have an OSHA 10hr class and then a week or so to get certified to go on the rigs, then the train time to know how to load and unload. I cannot tell you how many guys and gals come over to the oil fields expecting to go to work right away. Just doesn't happen like that, especially if you are going the O/O route. plan on at least 45 days till you get paid start to finish. then a place to live, plan on a waiting list, then a place to park your truck. Chances are you will not be in the same area as your truck. long hours 14hr + a day 24/7 Good Luck!

AC22 Im looking for work in Williston, ND. I will have 2 trucks with 160bbl water vac trailers with the option of 2 more. Are you hiring and what is the rate of pay you are providing. The trucks have sleepers so housing is not needed just parking for the trucks. Any info would be great ty.

Hi AC22 are there any companies looking for O/O with 2 trucks with the option for 2 more. We would be running 160 barrel vac trailers for hauling fresh and production water. The trucks have sleepers so a place to stay is coverd just would need a place to park the trucks. Any info is helpful.
