I have noticed lately that almost everyone I see driving is texting or talking on a hand held phone.
I see truck drivers everyday talking on hand held
cell phones. I guess they dont realize thats is a
$2750.00 ticket and 7 points on their CSA.

 

rules and lwas only apply to others in the hooray for me generation

 

And it is not like a good quality bluetooth device is expensive either. They have come down in price and there is no reason not to have one. IMHO.

 

They are a lot less expensive than a $2750 fine
or having an accident. First thing they will do is
check with your cell phone company to see if
you where using it at the time of the accident.

 

i hate talking on my phone without the little martian device now

 

I use my bluetooth when i am home because i am too lazy to hold the phone...

 

The cell phone companies could solve this issue very easily...

install software into every phone that will not let you talk when going over a certain speed without a hands free device..

there...problem solved.....

now..if only i were president i would take.care of this stuff...
