They are way over priced too! My last 2 moves I rented a truck and hired labor on both ends. So much cheaper. Had local moving companies supply their moving personnel to load and unload on each end. Saved a ton of money.

Gotta say I'm pretty content. I've been back 6 months now, and the GTI debacle is a distant memory. Just sitting at the Jubitz and thinking how good it had been the last 6 months. This isn't like before. I'm not hurting for money. I'm running consistently the way I want to. I run hard. I enjoy pushing it as far as I can. This week I'm gonna make #### near $2000, and I've enjoyed it. There's something to say for companies that let you do your job and let you make money. At the end of the day, trucking is still piecework. You choose how much money you want to make, if you don't work for a mega who's sole purpose is to make the shareholders happy (are you listening HOAT??)

We, the drivers, are a hell of a lot more important than some empty suit who bought a few shares and wants to dictate how much I'll make. BS. I'll do that. So in an hour, I'll be running across I-84 in Oregon, Rush (the band) playing at a loud volume, the window down and enjoying the fresh Oregon air completely happy at the decision I made to come back and knowing I don't have to worry about getting enough work.
