I would be more worried about the new drivers lack of reefer experience. One lettuce load at 10 degrees and his career in reefer business is over.

 

Then why is called iceberg lettuce? Don't you have to run that really cold so it wont melt? I have the other problem lately I have to heat my produce all the way North. I have been running my loads at 37 instead of 34 to prevent the bottom and sides from freezing. They have refused to use double palettes on the last two loads and the produce receivers are not happy about that. I keep looking at the product and so far so good.

 

Well...i have had a wonderful day so far....

where to begin....

yesterday i spent the day taking laxatives and sitting on the toilet in preparation for a colonoscopy this morning.

get into the outpatient surgery room all prepped and ready to be put to sleep when the doctor rams a camera up my ### and the anestesylogist yells"hey..he aint asleep yet!!!"

then they put me to sleep..i wake up and am sent home farting all the way....

good news is i have a clean colon and dont need to do that again for 15 years..since i am 58 maybe i will get lucky and die before then.....

 

And I am thankful for the image I will never be able to forget since it is now permanently burned into my brain.
