Please dont take this wrong DD...i am happy you were able to get a job but i dont understand why those 3 are there...to be honest i would retire before i would work for them...

i do understand your situation but if these guys had good mvrs they could do much better

The GTI booth at MATS looked pretty sad -- 2 bored guys sitting at a table in front of a brand new truck. Zero interested parties nearby...

Total 180 degree turn of events from when I saw an overcrowded GTI booth at an event in 2011. Even had people climbing into the cab back then...

 

Hey tow I am going to that Dentist you recommended tomorrow. I will let you know how that goes.
I was thinking about going back to SEC until I looked at their driver fitness score on that FMCSA
website. Not any more. When I come back to work next month I am going to give BIG G a call. I do
respect your opinion since everything you said about SEC was right on the money. Unfortunately it
looks like they are not what they where anymore. Hey maybe DenaliDad just wants to hit the road
again and sometimes you have to take what you can get..

 

I didn't take it the wrong way and I don't ask for details. Over the past week, I've learned people come here for a variety of reasons, some much worse than merely having a bad MVR. In fact, my situation is pretty tame compared to others.

 

They used to be so much better...

 

You got that SO right. One does not say 'no' to a firm offer after having been rejected by 15+ other carriers.

Now, I just wait for my trainer on Saturday...

but in my opinion they should be putting you in charge of the place...you have to be the highest caliber employee they have..
