Be careful doing that flatbed hauling. Its easy to get hurt if you don't watch out.
Remember one hand for you and one for the company. Good luck...

No explanation needed, just something I did not know.

Apology to Joe if my post crossed the line.

Don't get excited. I'm the laziest person I know. I run the hell out of my trips so the last day I can stare at the wall. Same with Pre Trips. I don't want to have to deal with anything, so I make sure it all works beforehand. This is all from my pursuit to do nothing. I love doing nothing. My bed is made everyday that way it will be as comfortable as it possibly can so I can lay there and do nothing. It's all about laziness. I have a weird way about getting there, but I get there.

30 minute break is up. 417 in the bag. Let's see if I can't break 700 again tonight. Diet Coke, Marlboro Lights and Judas Priest to rock the KW tonight. \m/

The class spent most of the last day at the outbound lane watching trucks getting their final inspection. It became pretty clear very quickly that paying attention in class is very important. According to the guy in charge, two of them were so poorly secured that the loads probably would have departed the truck in the first fairly-steep-uphill-to-the-right turn outside the yard. Even we students could see that. Both drivers were immediately removed from their loads and sent back to securement class the next day.

I hope my trainer is a conscientious, knowledgable, and experienced guy. I have a week with him and if I'm not comfortable at the end, I will stay another week or longer until I am.
