Coming out of the toll booth at the Penn/Ohio Turnpike state line today, I was passed by a FedEx Freight double ... on the inside breakdown lane! If I had been a second earlier making my transition ...

You need to start dropping a dime to their safety dept. give them the trailer number on the rear pup and tell them that's all you saw as it ran you off the road.

If you were coming out of the tollbooth, that probably wasn't the inside breakdown lane, unless you were in the far right toll booth.

Unlike others, I live in the lanes farthest to the right. Today, I was 78,000 lbs and coming out of the second to the right toll booth very slow and he was in the last to the right. The lanes merged into the two travel lanes, and I was about to transition to the #2 lane when he blew by me, between my right side and the guard rail. I'm pretty sure that pavement there is called the breakdown lane. Now, it might by the called the "outside" or the "inside," but there was barely enough room for him to squeeze by, untouched, going very fast.
